PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a resin case allowing installation of a resin case on a resin mounting bracket always in a favorable state. SOLUTION: In this mounting structure of the resin case for installing the resin case 20 with a metal cover 21 on the resin mounting bracket 31 with screw members 30, screw holes 21b to which the shank parts 30a of the screw members 30 are threaded are formed in the metal cover 21, and screw member insertion holes 20b and 31b with diameters larger than the screw holes 21b are formed in the resin case 20 and the resin mounting bracket 31 at positions facing the screw holes 21b. Cylindrical metal collars 32 and 33 are inserted into the screw member insertion holes 20b and 31b to hold the metal collars 32 and 33, the resin case 20, and the resin mounting bracket 31 between the metal cover 21 and the head parts 30b of the screw members 30.
