PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic circuit with which gain control of one amplifier circuit is performed without adversely affecting the operation of the other amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: The composite electronic circuit is provided with a first amplifier circuit (U1, LPF) which receives an input signal, amplifies the signal component of a low frequency band of the input signal and output the signal component as a first amplification signal, a second amplifier circuit (U2, HPF) which receives the same input signal, amplifies the signal component of a high frequency band of the signal and outputs the signal component as a second amplification signal, and an output part (Vout) which combines the first amplification signal and the second amplification signal and outputs the resultant signal.
