PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulating floor material with a floor heating function which excels in heating efficiency, sound insulating performance and dimensional stability in relation to both of temperature and humidity, and imparts good feeling when walking thereon. SOLUTION: The sound insulating floor material with the floor heating function comprises a wooden board 1, a heat radiating plate 2, a hot-water mat 3 and a sound insulating material layer 4 which are laminated in this order. The hot-water mat 3 is made of a hard resin foam 31 having flexural modulus of 5-30 MPa. A hot-water supplying pipe 33 is arranged in the hard resin foam 31. The wooden board 1 is formed of a wooden composite material in which a synthetic resin having an MFR of 10 g/10 min. or more is compounded with a wooden flour and a compatibility accelerator. The compounded amount of the wooden flour is 71-80 wt.% based on the resin composition, and in the particle size distribution of the wooden flour, 70 wt.% or more of the wooden flour having particle size of 300-500μm is contained.
