PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying device for a bicycle capable of easily acknowledging information intuitively even if large information is displayed in a finite area. SOLUTION: A shift control device 15 for bicycle is to be mounted on a bicycle frame and to display various pieces of information and is equipped with a bracket 29 capable of being attached to the frame, a display part 24, and a control part 23. The display part is equipped with a liquid crystal display surface 25 installed on the bracket and capable of displaying by photo-means the first to the third information received and a back light 26 to allow easy viewing of the first to the third information given on the liquid crystal display surface. Having received at least one of the first information containing the bicycle running condition, the second information showing the surrounding situation of the bicycle running, and the third information showing the condition of the rider, the control part 23 changes at least one of the three elements as the hue, chroma, and lightness of the back light according to the received information.
