PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten warming up time to drop the temperature of a fixing member provided with a heating means lower than the present temperature, in an image forming device provided with a fixing device. SOLUTION: When a present temperature TA of a heat roller detected by a temperature detecting means is higher than a control target temperature T0, the heat roller and a pressure roller are pressed to each other by a press driving device, both of the rollers are rotated, and feeding of electricity to a heating means is stopped so that the present temperature TA of the heat roller is suppressed from reaching the target control temperature T0.
