PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stone bag having a sufficient stacked height by stabilizing the shape of the stone bag after filling a filling material in the civil engineering stone bag for filling the filler such as concrete blocks. SOLUTION: In this stone bag formed of a russel net for filling the filler inside, a raschel net material 2 is of hexagonal mesh, the length ratio (a/b) of a crossing part (a) to a leg part (b) of the hexagonal mesh is 0.5 to 1.5, and net yarn forming the russel net material is formed so that the hook strength is 9 CN/dt or more and the hook elongation is 13% or less.
