PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate both to store a strap and to adjust the length of the strap in the strap both ends of which are connected to a container or the like. SOLUTION: The strap is equipped with a strap main body 6 both ends of which are connected to the container, and a foldable grip 7 mounted on a part in the longitudinal direction of the strap main body 6. The width b of the grip 7 is made four times or more of the width (a) of the strap main body 6. The strap main body 6 is provided on either one of the end part side 7c in the width direction of the grip 7. The strap main body 6 is folded back at a through hole 8a of the grip 7, to store the strap main body 6 so that the grip 7 under a developed condition is rotated to wind three times in the y direction. It is possible thereby to facilitate a storing operation of the strap main body 6. In addition, as the strap main body 6 is wound on the grip 7 and is fixed there, there exists no possibility of changing the length of the strap main body 6 when hung by a hand.
