<p>The apparatus has a carrying cloth (3) with length longer than an area of a hip of a carrier e.g. person. Connecting units are provided at both ends of the cloth to adjust the length of the cloth according to a physiology of the carrier and a baby. The units are detachably connected to a hip strap (1) having a seam, so that the ends of the cloth intersect to place the baby in the cloth, where a hip bag of the carrier is connected to the strap.</p>
