PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive CATV retransmission system by using retransmission facilities in common, and forming a service constitution for each of a signal delivery station and participating stations easily, in a CATV retransmission system of digital broadcasting. SOLUTION: In the CATV retransmission system, a management device creates program arrangement information corresponding to each area, and each receiving set is provided with a program arrangement information selection means for selecting and acquiring program arrangement information from retransmission devices which send out program arrangement information corresponding to areas. The program arrangement information of a signal delivered from the signal delivery station is edited at the signal delivery station into a service constitution for each of the signal delivery station and participating stations, and each receiving set selects and receives corresponding program arrangement information.
