<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron with a structure capable of maintaining a stable oscillation characteristic to the temperature change of the magnetron without providing a large-scale heat dissipation structure. <P>SOLUTION: A cathode 2 is provided at the center of a cylindrical anode 1 along the axial direction of an anode 1, and a pair of pole pieces 3 are provided so that ends 3a thereof face with a predetermined gap so as to apply a magnetic field generally parallel to the cathode 2 to an interactional space 14 formed between the cathode 2 and the anode 1. A magnetic circuit containing gaps is formed by connecting the sides of other ends 3b of a plurality of the pole pieces 3 via a magnet 4 and a yoke 5 in series. Magnetic adjusting steels 6 are provided in parallel with this magnetic circuit, and heat conduction conducting the magnetic adjusting steels 6 is made larger than heat conduction conducting heat generated at the anode 1 to the magnet 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
