PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enclosed capacitor that improves vibration resistance, can be manufactured easily, can be easily positioned on a substrate to be used, and especially is suited for the unit configuration of a plurality of capacitors. SOLUTION: In the enclosed capacitor that is fixed to an external mount body at a bottom side and the other locations; a projection is provided at the center of the bottom of the capacitor case, and a fitting member that is fitted to the projection and has a recessed section and a through hole corresponding to the projection having a collar section at the bottom side of the capacitor case can be fitted also to a recess or a hole provided at the external mount body.
