PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supplying/exhausting mechanism capable of exhausting and supplying the air, reducing thermal loss in exhausting operation in heating and cooling, and being assembled in an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The air supplying/exhausting mechanism is composed of an exhaust ventilation flue, an air supply ventilation flue, one fan for supplying and exhausting the air, a fixed heat storage material having air permeability, and two dampers, and the ventilation flues are constituted to ventilate the heat storage material by one fan in both of the exhausting and air supplying operations. Further the ventilation flues are switched between exhausting and air supplying by two dampers. The exhausting and the air supplying are alternately switched, so that the heat and the cold heat of the indoor air is once stored in the heat storage material, and then exhausted in the exhausting operation, and the operation is switched to the air supplying operation by two dampers to introduce the outside air into a room after heating or cooling the outside air by the heat storage material, thus the thermal loss in exhausting can be reduced in heating and cooling.
