PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting tile enabling economically excellent greening of a wall surface, or the like, while maintaining fine landscapes. SOLUTION: This planting tile comprises a ceramic tile body having a recessed part at its surface, and a plant greening sheet joined to the bottom surface of the recessed part. The tile body comprises the ceramic so as to facilitate operation and construction like in a conventional tile. The tile is improved in water retainability to be suitable for plant growth and reduced in weight so as to further facilitate the operation and construction thereof through making the tile body comprise porous ceramic.
