The image sensor test equipment comprises a loader inverter (32) for inverting the image sensor carried into a supply tray stocker (21) while directing the light receiving surface upward, a contact arm (43) for moving the image sensor while grasping the back surface of the image sensor on the side opposite to the light receiving surface and bringing the image sensor into contact with the contact part (61) of the test head (60) while directing the light receiving surface downward, and an unloader inverter for inverting the tested image sensor and carrying it out.
