<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately align an eye examination section with the center of a pupil. <P>SOLUTION: The space d between lighting light source images PL and PR in (a) is the space obtained at the time when an operating distance is properly aligned by other aligning means. (b) shows a space d1 at the time when the operating distance is farther than a proper position and (c) shows a space d2 at the time when the operating distance is nearer than the proper position. Even when the variation of the operating distance makes the space d1 or d2, as shown in (b) and (c), in performing alignment with the pupil as the center, by moving a measuring section forward or backward and aligning the space with the reference space d as shown in (a), a proper operating distance can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
