<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular container with a closing membrane having a cap with an eccentric needle in which the closing membrane is not deflected, no large pressure is required for opening a hole, and the hole can be easily opened. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular container with the closing membrane having the cap with the needle comprises a tube body having the closing membrane and the cap with the needle to be screwed to a mouth portion of the tube body, and has a needle body formed on a top face of a peripheral wall of the cap with the needle facing the closing membrane. A predetermined distance is maintained between the center of the needle body and a hole-opening part of the needle body so that a part piercing the closing membrane first is located separately from the center of the closing membrane. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
