PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of an electromagnetic opening and closing valve for opening and closing a gas passage by attracting a plunger to a fixed core by electromagnetic force of a solenoid coil wherein impact sound is still generated because loud impact sound is generated when the plunger collides against the fixed core directly, although an electromagnetic opening and closing valve provided with a buffer member made of an elastic raw material in either of the plunger and the fixed core is proposed, but impact waves caused when colliding are transmitted even to a mate member side because a buffer material is not provided in a mate member colliding against the buffer member, although the impact sound is lower than impact sound generated when the plunger collides against the fixed core directly. SOLUTION: The buffer members are provided in both of the plunger and the fixed core so that the buffer members collide against each other. Consequently, impact waves caused by collision are damped while the impact waves are transmitted in both of buffer members. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
