<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a bottle can made of an aluminum alloy for drinks where, in necking working and screw working, the generation of coating film cracks in an external coating film is prevented, and further, the slidability between the coating film and a coating film at the internal side of a cap is improved, thus the cap is made easy to open and close, and to provide a bottle can produced by the method. <P>SOLUTION: Regarding the method for producing a bottle can, in the process for producing a bottle can made of an aluminum alloy for drinks, a bottomed cylindrical formed body subjected to forming is size-coated/baked, thereafter, printing is performed thereon excluding a screw part, next, it is coated with a coating material obtained by blending a silica based or fluorine based anti-blocking agent with a mean particle diameter of 3 to 10μm in 0.01 to 5 wt.% to a resin content in an external coating material, then, the external coating material is controlled to a hardened state with a gel fraction of 80 to 96%, and necking working and screw working are performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
