PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic joining method and an ultrasonic joining device for realizing the ultrasonic joining with high reliability and omitting strict inspection. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic joining method to perform the ultrasonic joining of a plurality of members, information on physical characteristics and information on ultrasonic joining of materials to constitute each member are acquired (S1), the ultrasonic joining at the first spot is performed on the basis of information on ultrasonic joining (S2), the optimum ultrasonic frequency used during the ultrasonic joining at the second spot is calculated on the basis of information on ultrasonic joining and the optimum frequency so as not to apply the stress over the predetermined reference value of the joining strength to the first spot (S3), and the ultrasonic joining at the second spot is performed on the basis of information on ultrasonic welding and the optimum frequency (S4).
