A cleaning fluid may be introduced into the soldering furnace to dissolve solid contamination products on the walls of the processing chamber (1). Gas or vapor with fluid passes through a drainage pipe (6) to the cyclone for separation of the fluid with the dissolved material. A circuit board (2) is placed in the chamber for soldering. A dosing pump (4) draws ethylene glycol from a tank (5) and passes it to an evaporator (3) releasing ethylene glycol vapor into the tank.
