PURPOSE: Provided are extracts of medicinal herbs, a healthy food and a pharmaceutical preparation including the same for the prevention and treatment of gastric ulcer, thereby increasing the human health. CONSTITUTION: An extract of medicinal herbs is characteristically selected from Forsythia Koreana Nakai and Schizonepeta tenuifolia var Japonica KITAGAWA. The extract has antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori and inhibiting effect on the generation of urease by Helicobacter pylori. A health food contains 0.01-0.5 wt.% of the extract. |
