PURPOSE:To fill an active material efficiently nearly to the center of a porous material and secure a highly active material by feeding an active material raw material salt solution from one face of a porous material and feeding alkali from the other face. CONSTITUTION:In the conventional method, the reaction face is both faces of a porous material, which is activated while the raw material salt in the porous material is moved toward the reaction face, thus filling of the active material into the center of the porous material is very difficult, and this prevents an electrode plate to have a high capacity. Therefore, active material raw material salt is fed from one face of the porous material and an alkali solution is fed from the other face, thereby the reaction face where activation takes place is made to one. Accordingly, the active material can be filled efficiently nearly to the center of the porous material, while filling of the active material was difficult because reaction took place on both faces of the porous material in the past. |
