Provided is a liquid ejection head for electrostatic ink jet capable of ejecting ink droplets at a low voltage and at high speed. The liquid ejection head includes: an ejection substrate (19) in which ejection openings (24) are formed; ejection electrodes (30) that respectively correspond to the ejection openings; and solution guides (22) that pass through the ejection openings and protrude from the ejection substrate.
