FIELD: medicine, applicable in physiotherapy for prophylaxis and treatment of stomatologic diseases with the use of sanative solutions of various types, mineral waters inclusive. ^ SUBSTANCE: the device has a vessel for the sanative solution, system for supply of the sanative solution to the replaceable mouth-piece provided with two rows of holes, the mouth-piece holes are made at an angle of 45 deg. to its plane of symmetry and connected to the two ducts for supply of the sanative solution, the mouth-piece is wound on a handle connected to the sanative solution supply system through a mechanism of change-over of the solution flows, the mechanism has a filter for mechanical cleaning of the sanative solution, compressor, thermocompressor made in the form of a semiconductor thermoelectric module, both junctions of the semiconductor thermoelectric module are in a thermal contact with the ducts for passage of the sanative solution of the thermocompressor provided with temperature-sensitive elements connected to the control and adjustment unit, and the mechanism of change-over of the solution flows is made in the form of a ring with pipe connections with flexible pipes fitted on them rotating by 180 deg. ^ EFFECT: combined therapeutic action of sanative solution and function of massage of gingival with temperature action. ^ 2 dwg |
