FIELD: radio engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed frequency divider that can be used, for instance, as synchronized-wave source in radio transceiving, radio receiving, and electrical devices has inductance coil, semiconductor diode, capacitor, and bias voltage supply; in addition, it is also provided with newly introduced transistor whose collector and emitter are connected to respective unlike-polarity electrodes of semiconductor diode, communication inductance coil connected to transistor base and to common point of device and magnetically coupled with inductance coil, as well as loading resistor inserted between inductance coil and common point of device. ^ EFFECT: enlarged division band and enhanced efficiency. ^ 1 cl, 2 dwg |
