A paper holder capable of detachably and rotatably supporting a paper roll, wherein the cut tip portion of paper is suspended downward from the triangular end edge part of a paper support plate having a front side front end part formed in a triangular shape, and when a paper holder operation lever is tilted to a front side, the paper support plate moves forward from the tip of a cover member, folds the tip portion of the paper suspended downward from the triangular end edge part of the paper support plate to the rear side thereof along the triangular end edge part of the paper support plate in association with a paper reconditioning member, and exposes the tip portion of the paper folded in triangular shape from the cover member to the outside and when the operation lever is returned to a rear side, the paper support plate moves backward, and only the tip portion of the paper folded in triangular shape remains in the projected state from the tip of a cover member, whereby the end edge part of the paper can be surely folded in triangular shape with a simple structure, and the triangular tip portion of the paper can be projected from the paper holder. |
