The spindle has a simple rod (4) whose front end is folded or curved in a manner to form a circular quadrilateral configuration. The configuration has two sides (6, 9) situated in a plane and another two sides (7, 8) situated in another plane forming an angle with respect to the former plane. The sides (7, 8) are turned towards the top in a usage position of the spindle. The rod has a retention hook for a package suspended at the rod.
