PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of suppressing deterioration of a building by surely preventing the intrusion of storm water of the building side without depending on mounting work in a field. SOLUTION: The shutter 1 includes a frame body 10 consisting of a head 11, a sill 12, both right and left jambs 13 extended upward of the head 11 and a roof plate 15 connecting both upper end sections of both right and left jambs 13 and a shutter body 20 arranged between the head 11 and the roof plate 15. The shutter body 20 is equipped with a shutter box 30 storing a slat rolled up and down. A seal member 40 stopping a gap is mounted between an upper plate 31 of the shutter box 30 and the roof plate 15. The seal member 40 is so constituted that the basic end side thereof is mounted to the lower surface of the roof plate 15 and that the front end side thereof is abutted on the end section of an outdoor side of the upper plate 31 of the shutter box 30.
