PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall face constituting body which can adjust a panel body in height, lateral position and depth with ease in construction, and has good appearance. SOLUTION: In this wall surface constituting body 1, an elastic member 31 is arranged between the front wall 15 of an outer frame material 13 and a panel frame material 21; a bolt 33 is inserted into a bolt inserting hole 19 of the outer frame material 13 and a bolt inserting hole 25 of the panel frame material 21 from a front side, and fastened to the rear side by means of a nut 35; the elastic member 31 is deformed by adjusting a force for fastening the bolt and the nut together so as to freely adjust a dimension between the outer frame material 13 and the panel frame material 21; a space 39 is formed between the boundary wall 17 of an outer frame 5 and the panel body 9; the bolt inserting hole 19 of the outer frame material 13 has a larger diameter than that of the bolt inserting hole 25 of the panel frame material 21 so that a position of the bolt 33 can be freely adjusted in vertical and horizontal directions; and the elastic member 31 of a panel fixing implement, a shank 33b of the bolt, and the nut 35 are covered with front-side and rear-side seal members 27 and 29.
