FILLING AND PACKAGING MACHINE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling and packaging machine capable of obtaining a sealed container in which a lid molded of a sheet-like lid material made of a synthetic resin is covered and sealed on a container made of a synthetic resin filled with a content such as a soft drink.

SOLUTION: The content is filled into a closed-end cylindrical container body made of the synthetic resin fed from a container feeding apparatus. The molded lid made of the synthetic resin having a disc-like lid body and a skirt provided in a drooping shape on the peripheral edge of the lid body is primarily molded of a sheet-like lid material, and the molded lid is fed to the upper end opening of the container body filled with the content. After the molded lid is sealed on the upper end opening of the container body to form the sealed container, the lid of the sealed container is secondarily molded into a final lid shape. The lid whose molding is not completed by primary molding can be completely molded by a secondary molding apparatus to obtain a product container with equal quality to that for a container made by using a lid material using a conventional aluminum foil layer as a substrate by using the lid material made of the synthetic resin.
