<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device capable of controlling an inner clock signal in accordance with the capacity of an individual semiconductor integrated circuit device. <P>SOLUTION: An operation limit point in the operation characteristics of the semiconductor integrated circuit device 101 depending on temperature is previously recorded in an operation characteristic recording circuit 102, a temperature comparing/decision circuit 104 decides whether internal temperature detected by a temperature sensor circuit 103 reaches the operation limit point recorded in the operation characteristic recording circuit 102 or not and a clock signal control circuit 105 controls the inner clock signal of the semiconductor integrated circuit device on the basis of the decision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
