摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative determination method using a nuclear magnetic resonance method and/or a diffusion factor measurement method based on nuclear magnetic resonance. SOLUTION: This quantitative determination method uses the nuclear magnetic resonance method and/or the diffusion factor measurement method based on nuclear magnetic resonance. This method comprises: a measurement process for obtaining an inspecting object spectrum and an internal standard spectrum by a single measurement on a first phase having an inspecting object and a second phase having an internal standard substance based on the measurement method; an identification process for identifying specific signals from the respective spectra to obtain an inspecting object specific signal and an internal standard substance specific signal; and a calculation process for calculating the content of the inspecting object based on the respective specific signals.
