PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated shield cover capable of performing insulation function of a transformer and protection function of an inverter simultaneously, and to provide a liquid crystal display device adopting the same. SOLUTION: The integrated shield cover 165 is composed of an insulating film which protects the inverter 161 and protects and insulates various kinds of components comprising the transformer 162 mounted on the inverter 161, is attached to the inverter 161 so as to cover the whole surface from the lower part to the upper part of the inverter 161 and is fastened to the liquid crystal display device.
