<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lotion tissue paper made by impregnating a tissue paper with moisturizer which can hydrate a skin and maintain a sense of moisture retention on the skin while preventing evaporation of water even under a dry condition. <P>SOLUTION: A hygienic tissue paper for household use is made by impregnating a tissue paper with moisturizer. The moisturizer contains at least one kind selected from from the group consisting of natural moisturizing factor and intercellular lipid of the stratum corneum and has a difference of moisture percentage between after 4 hour standing and after 8 hour standing in a drying machine set at 105°C of less than 5%. The component selected from the group consisting of natural moisturizing factor and intercellular lipid of the stratum corneum can be a combination of at least one kind of amino acid, amino-acid salt, amino-acid derivative, or ceramide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
