<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation rate sensor by a frequency tracking in which a shift of Coriolis resonance frequency f_rD can be compensated advantageously. <P>SOLUTION: The problem can be solved by a compensating circuit composed so that a matching voltage U_DF altered appropriately may be displayed from this compensating circuit in order to compensate a variation of Coriolis resonance frequency f_rD according to the variation of an operation voltage U_MK. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
