摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always keep a specific amount of magnetic iron oxide and to achieve stable triboelectric charging characteristics, even when using a recycling process, it is characterized by adjusting the amount of magnetic iron oxide used in a toner manufacturing process according to the magnetic iron oxide content of extra toner when the extra toner particles generated in a process of manufacturing a magnetic polymerized toner using magnetic iron oxide are recycled. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a magnetic polymerized toner by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer composition containing at least magnetic iron oxide, a polymerizable monomer and a charge control agent, extra toner generated in a process of manufacturing the toner is melted and kneaded, adjusted extra toner powder is obtained, and this adjusted extra toner powder is put again in a polymerizable monomer system.
