<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance utilization efficiency of luminous flux of a light source, to simplify the structure of a lamp, and thereafter to properly control its irradiating light, in a vehicular headlamp for reflecting, toward the front side by a first reflector disposed on the lower side of the light source, light from the light source reflected by second reflectors installed on the upper side of the light source. <P>SOLUTION: The first reflector 24 is so structured as to reflect direct light from the light source 22a toward the front side as well, whereby utilization efficiency of the luminous flux of the light source is enhanced and the structure of the lamp is simplified. Then, a reflecting surface 24a of the reflector 24 is formed with a parabolic columnar surface using a horizontal axial line crossing a light axis Ax at right angles in the vicinity of the light source 22a as a focal line FL. Reflecting surfaces 26La and 26Ra of the second reflectors 26L and 26R are each formed with an ellipsoid of revolution using a point in the vicinity of the intersection of the focal line FL with the light axis Ax as a first focal point F1 and other points on the focal line FL as second focal points F2.
