PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dual system automatic switching arrangement in which switching time from an active system to a preliminary one in a transmitting device becomes the same when a fault occurs in any of oscillation, modulation, and transmission sections. SOLUTION: A control unit 16 is provided, which inputs an oscillation fault detection signal (a), an input fault detection signal (c), and an output fault detection signal (e) from an oscillation fault detector 8, an input fault detector 11, and an output fault detector 14, respectively. When only the input fault detection signal (c) is inputted, delay time D2 of a delay timer 12 is changed to time D1.
