PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein an actual mechanical element (such as a pump shaft) on a hydraulic pump system for a work machine is clearly useless by becoming an always operating state in an engine starting state, and this is merely a state of uselessly consuming energy of engine output in a conventional motive power transmission device of an agricultural work vehicle. SOLUTION: When output of an engine 105 of the agricultural work vehicle (a tractor 100) can be transmitted to two systems of a travel driving system and a hydraulic pump system for the work machine, a clutch 70 exclusive to the hydraulic pump system for the work machine is arranged on a motive power transmission passage in the hydraulic pump system for the work machine.
