Sampling unit (1-3) comprises a spring-loaded separation tool (1) for taking spot samples. A pneumatic transfer system is provided for, with a 5/2 way valve (200) and two hoses (500). The valve (300) and the sample fractionation unit (400) are connected with reduced pressure connection (11) and the transport tube (17) transfers the spot into the sample vessel (1100). The controller (800) coordinates target locations for the positioner (600) connected via the holder (2) to the sampling unit.
