MOLDED PRODUCT BY PAPERMAKING, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME AND HEAT-GENERATING MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product by a papermaking method in high yield by improving fixity of a solid component, especially powder to a fibrous material in a wet papermaking process.

SOLUTION: The molded product by the papermaking method contains the fibrous material and the powder, and formed by the wet papermaking. The fibrous material has a frequency distribution of the fiber lengths regulated so that the content of the fibers having≥0.4 mm and≤2.9 mm fiber lengths may be 30-90%, and the content of the fibers having≤0.4 mm fiber lengths may be 9-50%. The content of the powder is≥50 wt.%.
