PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize highly precise temperature control by enabling fine capacity control by improving control resolution, in a freezing device for controlling the capacity of a compressor by controlling the frequency output of an inverter to a plurality of stages. SOLUTION: A control means 50 for controlling the capacity of the compressor 32 of the freezing device 1 has a frequency control means 51a for controlling the compressor 32 to a capacity corresponding to the output frequencies between frequency of 1 and frequency of the next stage by repeating the both frequencies of the inverter 32b.
