PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise transmitted from a heater when a burn-in test is executed by adjusting temperature using the heater. SOLUTION: In a heater circuit 42 for switching a voltage signal supplied from a power source 50 to control a voltage applied to the heater 62 and thereby controlling heater power, a voltage smoothing circuit 73 for smoothing a voltage signal obtained by switching a voltage supplied from the power source 50 to convert it to an analog voltage signal is formed between a switching circuit comprising an FET 72 and the like for switching the voltage supplied from the power source 50 and the heater 62.
