PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a cleaning blade by which more excellent properties are obtained in the case of using two or more polyol compounds as compared with the case of only mixing and using a polyol compound. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a cleaning blade includes a prepolymer preparing step of preparing a prepolymer by reacting a diisocyanate compound with a polyol compound and a molding step of forming a sheet-like polyurethane elastic body by mixing and reacting the prepolymer with a curing agent component containing a crosslinking agent and a chain extender, wherein two or more polyol compounds are used, in the prepolymer preparing step, one (polyol P1) of the polyol compounds is used to prepare a pseudo-prepolymer containing isocyanate groups (NCO groups), and the curing agent component contains the remaining polyol compound (polyol Pr), the crosslinking agent and the chain extender.
