PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately adjust the thread tension in sewing without exchanging a shuttle spring even if the thickness of a sewing material or a cloth feeding pitch is different. SOLUTION: This full rotation shuttle mechanism 100 is provided with a rotating hook 11, an inner shuttle 12, a locking member 5, and the shuttle spring 3 provided around the outer circumferential face of the rotating hook, passing a needle thread between the inner shuttle and the locking member in a side edge projecting frontward the rotating hook and engaged with the bobbin thread guided from a bobbin case to feed the bobbin thread; and the rotating hook rotates synchronously with the vertical movement of a sewing needle, and allows the needle thread loop to pass under the inner shuttle inward the rotating hook to bind the needle thread with the bobbin thread.
