PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous setting by improving a mounting structure so as to correctly joint to a trip crossbar of a breaker body by regulating the posture of a trip lever of a tripping device when mounting the voltage tripping device (internal attachment) on a case cover of the breaker body. SOLUTION: In the circuit breaker mounting the voltage tripping device (internal attachment) on a pocket-shaped recessed part formed on the case cover 3 of the breaker body, and jointing the trip lever 11b of the voltage tripping device to the trip crossbar of the breaker body at the above position, a protrusion 11h projected sideward is formed on the trip lever 11b, and a key-formed lever insertion holes 11 regulating the posture of the trip lever having a protrusion when mounting the voltage tripping device in a recessed part 3a are formed by being arranged in a line on the case cover corresponding to the shape of the trip lever having a protrusion.
