PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having proper cleanability, even in repeated use under severe conditions at high temperature and high humidity, and which is free of blade squeaking. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having on a support a photosensitive layer or the photosensitive layer and a protective layer, a surface layer has a resin layer formed by polymerizing or crosslinking a compound having a polymerizable functional group and aspherical fluorine-atom-containing resin fine particles, having a shape factor SF-1 of >140 and a shape factor SF-2 of >120, are contained in the surface layer.
