PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a landing gear of a rotary-wing aircraft capable of absorbing large collision energy even when the aircraft is landed at a high gravitating speed, preventing an aircraft body or crew from being damaged, and absorbing the collision energy by simply improving the device. SOLUTION: An upwardly protruded curved part 3a is provided on each skid tube 3, and a cross tube 2 is coupled with the part. When a rotary-wing aircraft A is landed, the curved part 3a is elastically deformed under the pressure in a stretching manner in the directions of arrows P, Q. When each skid tube 3 is in a bottomed state, i.e., brought close to an expanded state on the line, the curved part 2a of the cross tube 2 is subjected to the pressure and each cross tube 2 is elastically deformed so that the curvature of the curved part 2a is expanded, and the impact force is absorbed and mitigated by the deformation of the cross tube 2 and the skid tube 3.
