PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner sliding on a floor surface with a cleaning head to which a cleaning sheet is attached, capable of reducing the frictional resistance between the cleaning head and the floor surface and removing the dirt and dust with a wide range of the cleaning sheet. SOLUTION: The lower surface of a pad 22 attached to the cleaning head 11 is a cleaning operation part 23. A recess part 1 is formed at the center in the left/right direction in the front in the cleaning operation part 23. Sideways pressure parts are formed on both sides of the recess part 1, and a rear pressure part 4 is formed in the rear of the recess part. With the recess part 1, the frictional resistance in the cleaning does not become excessive when the front of the cleaning head 11 is pressed on the floor surface with the pressure F on the shaft 13. Furthermore, dirt can be removed by the center region of the cleaning operation part 23, and the wide area of the cleaning sheet 60 can be effectively used for the cleaning operation.
