PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair trussing aid, with which a hair rubber band is easily and appropriately applied. SOLUTION: In the hair trussing aid, main body portions A and B connected openably/closably and having an annular shape in a closed state is composed of a pair of inside gears 3a and 3b each having a C shape in an opened state. The hair trussing aid has a simple structure including a chain 4 for rotating the gears.
